Drop-in sessions 12-4pm

Free with admission

Join us for a relaxed afternoon of craft at Dr Johnson's House.

Drop in between 12pm and 4pm to try your hand at collage, using a beautiful selection of dried flowers and vintage papers. Create your own handmade greeting cards to take home, whether as a thoughtful gift or a keepsake for yourself.

This informal session is suitable for all abilities and all materials are provided. Simply come along, get creative, and enjoy some creative craft in a historic setting.

Destination City

Our Sunday openings are possible thanks to a generous grant from the Destination City Parternship Fund.

Accessibility

There is regrettably no step-free access to Dr Johnson's House.

There are seven steps to access the entrance (with a handrail).

The building is a four-storey townhouse with a staircase between each floor.

There are handrails on each side of the staircase and visitor seating in every room.

Toilets are located down a steep set of stairs.
