Dr Johnson’s House Trust is a small, independent charity established in 1911 to care for this historic landmark and promote learning and scholarship. We are now entering a time of transition as we enhance the visitor experience, broaden the scope and reach of our learning programme, improve accessibility, and undertake capital works to further preserve this treasure for the future.
