Opening Times:

Dr Johnson's House is open Tuesday to Saturday from 11 - 5pm (last entry 4.30pm). You do not need to book in advance, just come along, enter through the gate to the left of the building and ring the doorbell for entry.

 

Admission Prices:

Adult £9.00

Concessions (Student or registered unemployed) £8.00

Child £4 (age 5 – 17, under 5s free)

Family ticket £20

 

Proof of concession (e.g. student card) must be shown on arrival. We are unable to accept payment via American Express.

Toilets - please note that these are located down a steep set of stairs

Coat rack and storage for small bags

There are no refreshments on sale, but there are many cafes and restaurants nearby.
